Bagan Archaeological Site
The Golden Land of Myanmar (Burma) has been relatively difficult to travel to for several years. Without ATMs, visitors were expected to import pristine dollar bills; marred bills could not circulate and the local currency (kyat) is not traded internationally. Visa issues also prevented many would-be tourists from experiencing the wonders of this beautiful land.
